Tasks and Functions:

1. Responsible in the human resource development of the Local Government Unit;

2. Prepare plantilla and job orders of casual employees pursuant to Section 77 of R.A. 7160 and Article 164 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 7160;

3. Exercise supervision over the attendance, time-in, time-out of officials and employees and other workers of the Local Government Unit;

4. Keep an updated personnel record;

5. Perform other works upon the direct instruction of the Local Chief Executive.
